The preschool years are the perfect time to begin building lifelong emotional regulation skills—and we're excited to offer a program where children and their caregivers learn together.

Using the engaging A Little SPOT of Emotion® series and the interactive Emotion Aquarium curriculum, families will explore emotions through stories, movement, play, crafts, music, and hands-on activities. Caregivers will learn practical strategies alongside their child, making it easy to continue practicing these skills at home.

Together, you'll learn how to:

  • Recognize and name emotions.

  •  Practice calming strategies and self-regulation.

  •  Build confidence through play and connection.

  •  Strengthen early social skills.

  •  Create meaningful caregiver-child moments that support emotional growth.

With intentionally small class sizes, every family receives individualized support, opportunities for connection, and plenty of hands-on practice.

Because the best emotional learning happens when children—and the adults who love them—grow together.
